Lift hard without wrecking your long run.

Your Garmin reads the run, the ride and the track session well. It cannot see how hard you lifted, and your legs pay for it two days later. Forma fills that gap. It reads the load from every activity you record, in any sport, alongside your recovery, and sets today's lifting to match. Heavy when you are ready. Lighter when you are not. Recovery, not effort.

Built for the hybrid athlete: anyone who lifts to support running, cycling, HYROX or triathlon, and has ever blown their legs out the night before a session that mattered.

Glance at your wrist before the gym and see "4/5, Push Hard, Window Open". Today is a day to go heavy. The Training Window tells you whether now is the time to push: Open, Closing, or Closed.

Especially useful on watches without native Training Readiness, like the Forerunner 255 and 245. Forma works from your raw recovery metrics, not a built-in score. Works with Forerunner 965, 955, 265, 255, 245, Fenix, Epix, Enduro, Venu, and Vivoactive.

The on-device dose is a quick estimate. Connect a free Forma account at forma.coach for the full engine: five recovery signals (HRV status, Body Battery, sleep score, training load, and HRV trend), with training load counted from every sport, not just the gym. You get a complete strength session, squat, bench, deadlift, press, with sets, reps and rest, pushed straight to your watch and programmed around whatever else your week holds.

Deterministic and rule-based: the same inputs always produce the same dose. No black box, no guessing.
