Name: Ride Work and Carbs - Kilojoule Field
Author: RiversideArt

Ride Work and Carbs adds up the work you have done on the bike from your power data and shows it as kilojoules, or as the grams of carbohydrate to eat back at a share you choose (40 percent by default).

It needs power data from a power meter or smart trainer. The carb figure is a planning number from the energy you burn, not a nutrition plan.

Add it to a data screen of your cycling activity like any other field.
