Name: Moment Breakdown - Health Coach App
Rating: 4.9 (7 reviews)
Author: PDx7

Moment Breakdown app acts as your digital coach, which tells you what is happening right now, rather than what has happened.

Unlock forever for $2.49 after your trial. Zero subscription fees, all future updates included.

Based on the current moment, the on-device smart algorithm also provides instructions for what to improve, and what to continue.

Just like any coach, this app takes a couple of hours on your wrist to get a norm to judge you against, and it shows the tuning progress until it has one. After that the breakdown is yours for good, and it keeps sharpening as it learns your day.

Works completely offline! None of your health data leaves the watch, ever.

A free trial is available, everything completely unlocked.

Unlock it once, no subscription. Refund policy below.

THREE SCREENS:

* THE MOMENT: your score, and the four dimensions it is built from, each drawn as a bar diverging from YOUR personal norm rather than a generic scale. Activity, Stress, Recovery, Sleep. You can see at a glance which one is dragging.

* WHY: the coach's instruction, the dimension helping you most, the one hurting you most, and what to take away from it.

* SIGNALS: every raw input with its delta against your baseline. Heart rate, Body Battery, stress, steps and the rest. This is the receipts screen.

Swipe or press up and down to move between them.

WHAT IT READS, AND WHAT IT DOES NOT:

Your health history and user profile, to learn your baselines, plus a short background refresh so the glance card is not stale. No GPS, no location, no notifications, no music access. Nothing is sent anywhere, it is all computed on the watch.

WORKS ON:

⭐ DIGITAL COACH PRO WATCH FACE:

This also serves as the companion app for the Digital Coach Pro watch face. This app and the Digital Coach Pro watch face are sold separately, so buying one does not unlock the other.

The face gives you one score and one instruction. This app shows the working: not just what your Moment is, but why it is that.

Long-pressing the Moment ring on the watch face lands you straight inside this app.
