Power Nap is a private, watch-first timer for short, intentional rest sessions.

Choose Quick Reset 10, Power Nap 22, or a Custom duration from 5 to 90 minutes. Add an optional 0, 5, or 10 minute Timer Delay when you need time to settle. A non-zero delay runs as a separate SETTLE countdown, then starts the full NAP duration.

The countdown stays quiet: no start vibration, no countdown reminders, and no tone. Wake vibration repeats until you stop it with the start/stop button or the 2 minute safety timeout expires.

Important limitation:

Garmin Connect IQ does not let third-party watch apps turn on Do Not Disturb or block phone notifications. Power Nap shows DND status and records whether DND was on, but you must enable DND manually on the watch if you want notifications blocked during the nap.

Timer Delay does not detect when you fall asleep. Power Nap does not read sleep stages, modify Garmin sleep records, provide medical advice, or guarantee a recovery result.
