I used this app after completing the 0-5k programme - got me to 10k without injury, couldn't fault it. Really enjoyed the structure of having a short run, long run and intervals session each week. From someone who had never run any distance at all pre-2020, these two apps have been fantastic for my fitness levels throughout lockdown. Never thought I'd be able to run 1k, let alone 10km!

Great App! I'd just like to see an option to add a warm-up period, e.g. I like to walk for 10min before I start to run. Same with a cooling down.

Very good app.
I had to stop any sport for 2 years, so I started back with the 5km app, then the 10km.
I improved quickly, even when running only twice a week

Great app after completing the “start to run 5k”.
But I would like to know what is meaning of Interval Blocks ?
I mean is it depending on time or distance?
Can you describe it to me.

It’s too American. Run for 2 blocks! Lego blocks? Programme isn’t sensible either compared to more careful, safer training schedules. I really would not recommend this app.

This is not an app for absolute beginners... It's stated very clearly in the app description: This training program expects that you can run 35 minutes - if not go for the start to run 5k app first.

Very good app! After completing using Start to Run 5k I am using Start to Run 10 K app! I am making progress continuously!
