One Field allows for more fields that Garmin allows by default.

- 6 or 3 Custom fields
- Steps
- Total Activity Timer
- Current Battery Percentage
- Bar

Other Options:

Invert Colors: Inverts the colors of the whole field.
Only 3 Fields: Changes the layout of the screen to only show 3 fields instead of 6.
Speed units: The 3 speed units supported are m/s, kph, and mph.
Bar: The bar can either reflect how much battery is left, or the current step goal progress.

Notes:
Laps created in Garmin workouts do not work. 
This is a Garmin issue: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?359067-Datafield-OnTimerLap-with-workout-file#post901539
Every data field (not app, data field) that handles lap metrics will also have this issue
