PooIQ

A discreet bowel diary, right on your wrist. Open PooIQ, choose a Bristol Stool Type and save. Add optional details when you want them, then get on with your day.

KEEP LOGGING SIMPLE
• Log Bristol Stool Types 1–7 with illustrated guidance.
• Optionally record urgency, straining, pain, incomplete evacuation, blood, mucus and wiping.
• Review your history and correct an entry’s date, time, type or details.
• Choose your preferred date and time formats.

SEE YOUR RECORDED PATTERN
• Explore Weekly, Monthly, Annual and All-time statistics.
• View entry counts, days with recorded entries, average poos per logged day and your most common Bristol type.
• See activity charts, Bristol distributions and symptom summaries.
• After 14 distinct recorded days within recent history, personal comparisons can highlight changes from your usual recorded pattern.

Weekly, Monthly and Annual cover the last 7, 30 and 365 days. All time covers retained entries. Missing logs affect results; statistics describe what you recorded.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your bowel diary stays on your Garmin. PooIQ works offline, with no PooIQ account, cloud sync, advertising or analytics. It does not use GPS, heart-rate sensors or activity recording.

GOOD TO KNOW
PooIQ is a personal diary, not a medical assessment. It does not diagnose conditions, determine the cause of symptoms or provide a gut-health score. Seek medical advice about symptoms that concern you.

Export and off-device backup are not available. Uninstalling the app, resetting your watch or device failure may remove your diary. Storage supports up to 2,048 entries, subject to available device space. Check the Store’s compatible-device list for your exact watch.

PooIQ is an independent personal project, developed in my spare time. Feedback and bug reports are welcome through Contact Developer.
