Name: ROXTRACK – Hyrox Tracker
Rating: 5 (1 reviews)
Author: RoxTrack

ROXTRACK is a Garmin app built specifically for HYROX racing and training.
Track the full HYROX race format, individual runs, workout stations, pace, distance, heart rate and segment times — all from your Garmin watch.

TRAINING MODE
Build HYROX workouts as you go — no workout setup required.
After each LAP, choose your next segment:
• RUN — distance, pace, time and heart rate
• STATION — time and heart rate
This makes it easy to record custom HYROX sessions, compromised running workouts, race simulations and mixed run/station training.
RUN-SPECIFIC GPS TRACKING
GPS remains active during the entire workout, but ROXTRACK separately tracks running distance only during Run segments.
This prevents workout-station movement from affecting your HYROX running metrics while avoiding repeated GPS reacquisition.
DETAILED HYROX SPLITS
After your race or training session, review:
• Total time
• Run total
• Station total
• Total running distance
• Every individual run split
• Every individual station split
• Run distance and pace
• Heart rate metrics where available
DESIGNED FOR RACE DAY
ROXTRACK uses a simple, high-contrast interface designed to be readable while racing.
Physical Garmin buttons are the primary controls, so you do not need to rely on the touchscreen while running, pushing the sled, carrying or doing Wall Balls.
