Sauna & Cold Bath Trial is a focused Garmin timer for sauna, cold bath, cold shower and contrast sessions. Start a session quickly, follow a clear progress display and review the results afterward.

Features:
- Sauna, cold bath, cold shower and contrast sequence modes
- Countdown targets or open count-up sessions
- Large AMOLED layout and a separate high-contrast MIP or legacy layout
- Pause, resume and recovery after an app restart
- Local history for the latest 10 completed sessions
- Last session, next planned session and weekly progress
- Heart-rate start, average, minimum, maximum and end values when available
- Heart-rate rise, fall and valid-sample coverage statistics
- Vibration alerts at configured targets
- Garmin-native menus, confirmations and target-time selection
- Multi-language support

Controls:
Use the watch buttons or touch controls supported by your device. Garmin-native menus provide settings and target-time adjustment. The active timer shows Pause while running and Start while paused.

Trial access ends after 24 hours or 5 successfully saved logs, whichever comes first.

Safety and privacy:
Keep the watch outside the sauna. This app is a timer and history tool, not a medical device, and it does not determine whether an exposure duration, temperature or heart rate is medically safe. Heart-rate readings can be incomplete or unreliable in water or extreme conditions. Session history remains on the watch. The app does not upload your history to bikintulis.de and does not require an account.

If you want to get the Pro version, search the Connect IQ Store for "Sauna & Cold Bath Pro".
