Works with no issues! Adding cards is a bit tricky though. Website redesign could have helped to ease the process. Support is awesome! One of my loyalty card types was missing(Priority pass), so I asked to add it. Few days later received a reply not only with notification that card type has been added, but also with my card's information that I could use to add it!

Hi Erick, I checked you membership status and it is in Pending. It will be activated as soon as we get the payment. Since you chose an "Offline method" (cash or wire transfer or crypto) the activation is not immediate as it is through Online payment ( Paypal or credit card). I had this app years ago, as i buy my first garmin fenix. It was very good, helpful... And free. Now i had to pay every year? I dont understand that.. I undrrstand the costs of servers etc.. But why i do not can pay a singlepay, littlebit higher? I dont want to pay every year..

Hi Joshua, thank you for your question. As you said we have to pay monthly servers on the cloud, licenses, software. Please also consider that using WatchOut! Wallet for loyalty programs you actually save/don't waste a lot of money. Personally I save between 70 and 100 EUR every year. Taking this in consideration, basically the app comes for free and we can afford to maintain and improve the service every day.

In order to insert login/password on your watch you need to install the Garmin ConnectIQ app (from Goople Play/Apple Store). Find WatchOut! Wallet among your installed apps and then go to Settings.

It WORKS!!!! So I bought my Garmin 245 Music with the goal of doing 4 things - play music, track my steps / workouts, get into the gym and (most important) stop carrying my cell phone. I had some trouble getting the barcode properly loaded onto my watch. Their support team helped me out and of course it was user error. So now the 245M does everything I want and I am no longer chained to my phone.

Hi Oli, Thank you for the acknowledgment on the process however I would say that after 4 years the issue is not the app but the payload inserted. The only way to be sure to have the right card payload is to scan the original card with your mobile or send us a photo of your card to let us send you back the correct number.

Hi Kevin, please consider that we have to pay to run our software on Cloud, buy HTTPS certificates and buy software licenses. Without counting our time and effort. For 1.99 USD/year you save tons of loyalty points and can enjoy entering your gym by simply swiping your watch.
