This displays the maximum power and cadence over past 30 seconds (configurable). It will also give an alarm if you go over a set threshold for each power and cadence.</p><p>It's a running cadence, but won't repeat the alarm during your set interval. So if your power threshold is 800w and you go over it, you'll get the alarm. But the alarm won't be repeated during the next 30 seconds.</p><p>It uses the running power and cadence, so at any point in time, it uses the max value from 30 seconds up to "Now".</p>
