Will not work with a brand new GNT-10. Called Garmin support multiple times and they were impressively unhelpful and evasive. They have now asked me to send the GNT-10 unit back to them at my expense in exchange for a replacement. I wish I could give this 0 stars

I have just bought a Quantix 6 and a GNT10 for sailing. The most important information is depth and wind. It does not appear to display this. Have I wasted my money Garmin?

I purchased the Garmin Fenix 5x Plus and the Garmin GNT10 device for my boat so that I could see live data on my wrist. I expected the GNT10 watch app to display all data announced, but it doesn’t. A lot of data is missing, for instance TWA, TWS, Depth. I also expected to be able to adjust the watch face for my own preferences. For instance show time, pulse, date etc. Like other Garmin watch appse. But that is not possible. I have been in contact with Garmin Support for over a year now, but they either have no willingness or they don’t have the knowledge of fixing these issues. This is a really, really poor app and really poor support from Garmin.

Bought the expensive Marq Captain and a GNT-10 Interface. It shows some data on the watch, but the most important NOT: only N/A for depth, wind, ... Is this the new, reliable Garmin Quality for Garmin Prices???

The app is very poor, displays heading correctly but totally different depth from boat garmin 5012. Like most other quatix owners I feel shafted by Garmin.

The Quatix 5 connects to the interface nicely but depth data is not displayed and among ohters True Wind Data is displayed incorrect from my B&G setup ... in the end this makes the watch useless for regatta sailors. What a shame as the watch is basically so nice ... find more information in my review: http://www.utopia-sailing.com/2019/06/20/garmin-quatix-5-garmin-gnt10-review/

The Garmin Quatix watch is amazing, expensive, but worth every penny. Big disappointment was that the main reason for buying the watch is to live boat data displayed on the watch, but some the data displayed is incorrect and some does not display at all. The depth and true wind angle is incorrect and water temperature is not displayed. The rest works fine and has actually been very useful. I hope they will fix these bugs soon.

Good to get the gnt10 working, depth is an issue though and would be nice to ping a race start line from the watch

Finally it's there! Yes, I can confirm I managed to get on bord instruments information only Quatix 5 with the GNT 10 gateway. Connection is fast 1-2 sec. You can configure what you want to display (form 1 to 3 data per page) and and pages. I don't have yet tested impact on the battery life, it will have to wait my next trip. Only issue so far is this wind data (TWS and AWS) that don't display or display wrong data. This is beta version, and have reported the bug.
