Name: ZULU TIMER — Alarms with a Break Before
Author: nagamine-git

ZULU TIMER keeps today's alarms on one screen and puts a short break in front of each one, so you arrive at the next meeting rested instead of straight from your desk.

T-MINUS AT A GLANCE
The top of the screen counts down to the next alarm (01:20:35), and the line above it counts down to the start of its break (BRK 01:10) - the moment to stop what you are doing. Below it, your alarms are listed in time order. The next one is marked with a triangle; alarms that have passed fade out.

A BREAK BEFORE THE ALARM
Each alarm can carry a 5 or 10 minute break in front of it (the cup and the number on its row). By default, when the break starts, the watch gives two short buzzes and the screen shows BREAK; when the alarm itself arrives, three long buzzes and an alarm tone.

CHOOSE HOW IT ALERTS YOU
Choose vibration only, sound only, both (default) or silent from Alerts in the on-watch menu or Alerts (app open) in the app settings. The same choice applies to breaks and alarms while ZULU TIMER is open.

FAST TO SET, ON THE WATCH
- SELECT on + ADD. Set each digit with UP / DOWN; SELECT moves through hour tens, hour ones, minute tens, minute ones, then the break. SELECT again to save. BACK returns to the previous digit.
- Hold UP or DOWN to change the selected digit quickly; release to stop. Arrows and a bright digit mark what you are changing; the other digits are dimmed. Each digit wraps without carrying into another, and hours stay within 00-23.
- A new alarm starts at the next half hour: open it at 13:47 and it offers 14:00.
- Repeat any alarm daily or on weekdays (hold UP on its row).
- Hold UP on the list for Delete, Clear all, the clock zone, the default break and Alerts.

LOCAL OR ZULU
The sub-screen shows the time and the date (03 OCT). Choose LCL (local, default) or ZULU (UTC) from the on-watch menu or the app settings; alarms are shown and entered in that zone.

When the app is closed, the alarm reaches you as a notification and a prompt to open ZULU TIMER. Sound and vibration for these notifications are managed by the watch; Connect IQ does not let the app select them individually. If an alarm's break and the alarm itself are less than five minutes apart, only the first of the two may reach you while the app is closed.

Alarms clear themselves an hour after they pass, so each day starts empty.
