The System transforms your Garmin watch into an RPG-inspired fitness and personal-development companion. Complete daily quests, train through adaptive System Workouts, level up your abilities, unlock skills, conquer Dungeons, and build a streak through consistent real-world effort.

BUILD YOUR CHARACTER

Progress through five abilities — Strength, Agility, Vitality, Intellect, and Perception — while increasing your Level, Rank, Job, Title, and Skills.

SYSTEM WORKOUTS

Follow pre-built workouts that scale with your current ability level. The System displays each exercise, tracks sets, handles rest periods automatically, and lets you record your completed repetitions directly from your watch.

DAILY QUESTS

Each day brings three objectives: complete your System Workout, finish your prescribed cardio, and read for at least 20 minutes. Complete the entire Daily Quest to earn XP and build your streak.

PENALTY ZONE

Miss your Daily Quest and The System enters the Penalty Zone. Complete your penalty run to restore normal operation.

DUNGEONS

Every five levels unlocks a one-time challenge with major XP and ability rewards. Dungeons become progressively harder as you advance.

MORE THAN FITNESS

Track Reading/Writing and Arts Practice directly from your watch. Time spent developing your mind contributes to your Intellect progression.

PASSIVE SKILLS

Unlock and improve Skills naturally as you run, train, read, maintain streaks, and complete challenges.
