Name: Jump Rope
Author: tristonkong

Count your rope jumps from your wrist, no extra sensor needed.

While you skip:
- Live jump count, big and easy to read
- Jumps per minute (your current pace)
- Heart rate, colored by your heart rate zone
- Calories and timer
- "Rest" shows when you stop for 3 seconds
- Triple vibration every 100 jumps

Sets: press BACK to start a new set. Each set is saved as a lap.

After you save, a summary shows your total jumps, time, calories, average pace and average heart rate. Press DOWN to see the jumps in each set (best set in green).

Garmin Connect: the activity is saved as Cardio named "Jump Rope", with heart rate, calories and Training Effect. Total jumps, jumps per set (Laps tab) and a Jump Rate chart appear in the Connect IQ section of the activity.

Buttons: START = start / pause (then Resume, Save or Discard), BACK = new set, UP/DOWN = summary pages.

Jump counting uses the wrist accelerometer, so it's an estimate. It works best with a steady two-foot bounce.
