Name: Sleep To Pause
Author: Wishr

Fall asleep to a podcast, audiobook or music without it playing all night.

REQUIRES AN ANDROID PHONE. SleepToPause needs the free SleepToPause Companion app from Google Play on the Android phone your watch is paired with in Garmin Connect. It does not work with an iPhone.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a session on your watch when you lie down to listen.
2. Every few minutes (3 to 15, you choose in Setup page) the watch gives one short buzz.
3. Move your wrist within 5 seconds and you carry on listening.
4. If you do not move, it buzzes once more a minute later.
5. Still no movement? The audio on your phone pauses, right where you left off.

Keep the app open on your watch while you listen. The session ends if you leave the app.

SETTING UP
1. Install SleepToPause Companion from Google Play on your Android phone and allow what it asks for.
2. Open SleepToPause on your watch and choose Pair with phone. It shows a 6-digit code.
3. Type the code into the companion.

WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID
The watch app is free. Pausing and resuming your phone's audio from the watch by hand is free. Pausing automatically when you fall asleep is a one-time purchase in SleepToPause Companion, paid through Google Play. There is no subscription, and nothing is sold on the watch.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Works with any app that plays audio on your phone: music, podcasts, audiobooks.
- Works with touch and with buttons.
- No heart rate or health data is used. It is not a sleep tracker. The movement sensor is read only for the 5 seconds after a buzz.
- No account, no ads, no analytics. The watch talks only to the companion on your own phone, through Garmin Connect.
