RunFormCoach goes beyond basic pace and heart rate metrics. It is an all-in-one physiological and biomechanical running coach designed to analyze how efficiently your body utilizes energy in real-time. Understand your limits, prevent injuries, and unlock your peak performance with data-driven coaching.

[Core Feature 1: Real-Time Efficiency (EI) & Economy Score (RES)]
• EI (m/bpm) quantifies the distance you cover per single heartbeat, while RES (%) scores your real-time running economy against expected efficiency for your current pace.
• The algorithm dynamically adjusts for hill grades (Minetti GAP) and wind speed, providing a highly objective measure of your running economy regardless of environmental conditions.

[Core Feature 2: Smart Aerobic Decoupling V2.0]
• Detect cardiovascular drift during long runs and marathon training.
• Auto Smart Stabilization (EMA): Automatically detects when your heart rate and pace reach a true steady-state on flat terrain (±1.5% grade), filtering out brief GPS noise and auto-retrying if you stop at traffic lights.
• Once your personalized Baseline is locked, a stepped Decoupling Alert is triggered if your efficiency drops by 5% or more due to fatigue or dehydration (Vibration alerts can be toggled ON/OFF in settings).

[Core Feature 3: Scientific Smart Energy Gel Alert]
• Never hit "the wall" (bonking) again. Since energy gels take 15–20 minutes to absorb into your bloodstream, waiting until you feel exhausted is too late.
• Triple-Trigger Algorithm: Tracks your real-time carbohydrate (glycogen) burn rate across HR zones and combines it with early decoupling detection (-3.0% drop).
• Alerts you at the exact physiological moment your body needs fuel ("EAT GEL #1, #2...") while enforcing a 25-minute cooldown to prevent stomach (GI) distress.

[Additional Features]
• Target Step (TS) Coaching & Step Match Rate: Calculates your ideal biomechanical step length based on your height, pace, and slope. Vibration alerts guide your cadence/step in real-time. (Tip: A Step Match Rate above 90% in your post-run summary indicates excellent form consistency!)
• Fractional Zone 2 Tracker: Displays your precise decimal HR zone (e.g., 2.5 for mid-Zone 2, 2.8 for approaching Zone 3) with color-synced gauges, effective Z2 time, and customizable Z3 penalty timers.
• Multi-Layout & Auto-Scroll Display: Supports 1-Line, 2-Line, and Full Screen (Ultimate) layouts with AMOLED burn-in protection. Cycles through Cadence, Timer, Distance, Avg Pace, Time, and Fat Burned (g) every 4 seconds.

[Quick Setup & Customization Tips]
• To enable Aerobic Decoupling (AE): Open Settings, find "[Efficiency] Aerobic Decoupling Baseline", and select "Auto (Smart Stabilization)" or a fixed time window.
• For runners with high HR variability (or POTS): You can lower "[Zone2] Z3 Penalty Ratio" to 1x, increase "Hill HR Margin", or switch the Main Coaching Mode to "Step (TS) Coach" for pure biomechanical feedback without HR penalties.

RunFormCoach: Step, Zone2, Decoupling & Gel Coach
