Name: Fasting Timer: Intermittent Fasting & Ramadan
Author: FikirLtd

Keep fasting and eating timers on your Garmin watch, with a local log of your sessions.
Choose a daily window: 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, or 20:4. The first number is fasting hours; the second is eating hours. The app times each phase and repeats the daily cycle until you end the session.
Prefer your own schedule? Custom lets you set fasting and eating phases from 1 to 23 whole hours.
For Ramadan, select the manual Ramadan timer, start at dawn, and end at sunset. It counts elapsed time and records the session as Ramadan. Start and stop it yourself; the app does not calculate prayer times or provide background alerts.
HISTORY Review up to 30 recent sessions, including sessions you ended early. Entries show duration and plan, with an average for your latest seven sessions. Your active timer resumes when you reopen the app.
ON YOUR WATCH Use UP or DOWN to choose a routine. Press SELECT to start or end a session. Open MENU to edit Custom or review History. Swipe and tap controls are available on touchscreens.
Vibrations mark phase changes while the app is open. Garmin may suspend apps in the background, so do not rely on this app for background alerts.
Your plan and history stay on the watch. No account or phone companion is required. Fasting Timer is a timer and log, not medical advice.
