Name: DataFuel turns your training into a fuelling plan
Author: DataFuel

DataFuel turns your training into a fuelling plan, and this widget brings that plan to your Garmin during the session.

- Reminders during your run or ride: at the planned minute your Garmin vibrates and shows what to take (gel, bar, sports drink or electrolytes). Confirm with Taken, or choose Later.
- Live energy estimate (Venu and Edge): how much you burn, what you need per hour and how full your carbohydrate tank is.
- Log extra intake with + Log; everything goes back to the DataFuel app after the session.
- No plan for today? The widget asks how long you are going and suggests a rhythm.

Requires a DataFuel account and the DataFuel app on your phone. Link your Garmin in the app under "Your Garmin"; the app sends your plan to the widget.

On the Forerunner 55 the widget shows your plan and log, without the live energy estimate (memory limit of the watch). Reminders come only while the widget is open during your run.
