Retro LCD draws everything as segment digits and dot-matrix text, with faint unlit segments behind the numbers like a real LCD. A weekday strip, seconds and bar gauges complete the look.

Each of the seven slots can show any of 19 data fields: heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, calories, distance, floors, active minutes, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, respiration, VO2 max, recovery time, altitude, temperature, notifications, battery, date, or the next sunrise or sunset.

- Seven configurable slots: four readouts, two bar gauges and a bottom line
- Five displays: Classic LCD, Amber negative, Night teal, Red LED and Lime
- Seconds and unlit segments can each be turned off
- Dimmed, burn-in-safe always-on mode
- Settings on the watch itself (from the watch face menu) or in the Connect IQ app
