PowerLifter for Garmin lets you manually record your weight lifting activities and track them in your Garmin Connect IQ dashboard.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1) Configure PowerLifter settings by navigating to "My Device" - "My Device Apps" - "PowerLifter" - Settings in Garmin Connect.

2) Enter the name of the exercise you want to track. Save & Close

3) Open the application on your watch by pressing the "Action" button, then scroll until you see "PowerLifter" and click the "Action" button again.

4) The Application Displays the 3 previous workouts dates and max weight. Click the "Action" button to enter the possible workouts. Use the scroll wheel to find the workout you want.

5) Press the "Action" button ONCE to enter programmable mode where you can edit the weight field. Another press of the "Action" button allows you modify the repetitions field. Another press of the "Action" button allows you to modify the Rest Period (in seconds) for the activity. Another press of the "Action" button will exit the programmable mode and you can now navigate to other activities.

6) Press and HOLD the "Action" button for 2-3 seconds to save the activity with the values you previously entered. The rest timer should automatically start with the value you previously entered unless the value was 0. Each time the "Action" button is held to save to values will result in a new SET recorded.

7) When you're finished your sets. Press the scroll button to navigate to another Activity. This will save your Activity in Garmin Connect IQ. Otherwise exiting the application will also save your activity.
