This app has potential but i cant get it to work. All I want to do is download a gpx file to my mobile then send it to my Garmin Fenix 5.. i didnt think it would be this hard! This app works on waypoints but every gpx file gives me the following error message (gpx conversion ok...but timestamp overwritted from source switch auto calculation off?). There are quite a few setting options and not sure exactly what they all do. Not to sure what 'Fit Server' ? When should i check box 'Waypoint and App/Widget? Any advise kindly welcomed. Thanks

Hi Lloyd. Very good. You didi the first step and impprted a gpx file, the tool added timestamp data. Next step is to start the Fenix iqmapreceiver app or widget, press the menu button, select IQReceiver and request for e.g. the last imported track. A track can only requested from a watch, it can not be send from a phone instead. You can contact me directly when you have further questions.

Funciona molt bé en l'Epix , però només per enviar WP, no sé enviar una ruta sencera important-la d'un GPX. Sinó donaria les 5 estrelles

Hello Albert. Thx. I target to use the garmin features on the devices to use the full mapping from osm. Route transfer needs support that is only provided by the new Connect IQ 2.x devices (e.g. fenix5). Sorry

Works really well for Single waypoints. Will it be possible to import a complete track on a fenix 3 hr in future? This would make the app perfect.

Fenix 3 track upload. Garmin did not help to support this feature on first generation IQ devices. You have to use an usb cable or another app that is a workarround for me because it then doesnt use the garmin mapping features.

Installed both Apps (Android & Garmin) easily then imported a GPX File with Waypoints inside (Android Manner). 2 + Begin & End Waypoints dicovered and then uploaded through BT to #fenix3. Only the Elevation is missing. GREAT Tools and at least something usable to upload Waypoints without Cable or Wifi.

Super appli !
A ce jour c'est la seule app qui permet de transférer des tracks et waypoints du téléphone mobile vers la montre Garmin, sans avoir besoin d'une connexion internet.

I've been searching for apps that would send coordinate of any location I found on Google Map to my new Garmin Femix 5X and this is the only app that seems to be able to do exactly what I want. I installed it last night and at first it does seem to work when I shared to location found on Google Map to IQMapReceiver. It only fired up to screen with empty fields of location name, longitude and latitude for me to fill in. After tweaking the setting a bit (enable Internet access and MPRS ) it did automatically populate those fields when I shared a location from Gmap. However, the values of longitude and latitude it entered does not match those of the location I just shared. Bugs?

Really happy that you may this possible, because I search everywhere in the garmin parameters how to create a position, and it wasn't possible. Furthermore, with the mobile app, this is easier. Thanks again !

I have both Fenix3 and VivoactiveHR. I send waypoints to Fenix3 with IQ Map Receiver at now. After this connect both watches to computer, go to folder LOCATION on Fenix and copy file LCTNS.FIT to the folder NEWFILES on VivoactiveHR. After this got waypoints on VivoactiveHR. It is terreble pocedure, but only one way wich I find. Online conversion gpx to fit http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do?language=en not work for vivoactive

Great app! Unfortunately it is not working on my fenix 5x yet. I only get the IQ logo with an exclamation mark, when I start the app on the watch. Hope this can be fixed!

sorry. should be fixed with version 2.2.11

I send waypoints from Android on the watch Vivoactive HR, I go to the IQ Map Receiver application on the watch, and press "save". All looks ok, but the new place does not appear in the list of saved places. Perhaps the problem appears because vivoactive HR can import only .fit files but does not import .gpx from NEWFILES folder

February 5, 2017 | Version 2.2.7

Application is good, but have a problem, at least on my phone (Huawei P8). After I installed iqmap receiver for android, smart notifications become disabled and I can enabled again for my fenix 3 only after factory reset of my phone. I've installed this application (for android) for 2 times and after both installs I should reset my phone.

Perfect. Good job developer!
