Run your Eat Train Feel workouts on your watch.

Link the watch to your account with a six-digit code, and it shows today's plan — your own and the one your coach sent you — plus any workout you send from the app with "Send to watch".

During a workout the watch shows the exercise, the amount and your note, the round and exercise you are on, time elapsed and time left, and your heart rate zone as a colour bar. The last seconds before the start are counted out with a beep and a buzz. It records the session as a Garmin activity with a lap for every exercise, and vibrates one minute before an AMRAP ends.

When you finish, the result goes back to the app through your phone: rounds and reps, time, calories, average and maximum heart rate. It lands in your log, ticks off your plan, and your coach sees it if you share it.

Requires an Eat Train Feel account (eattrainfeel.com) and the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
