Name: GesFit – train with your personal trainer
Author: GesFit

The workout your personal trainer built in GesFit, now on your wrist.

• Strength: sets, reps and load, with a timed rest. Change the load with the buttons or by swiping the screen.
• Functional blocks: AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata and For Time run by the watch, with a vibration on every phase change.
• Running and walking: GPS, distance, pace and heart rate, including distance segments inside the workout.
• Same session as your phone and your trainer: what you mark on the wrist shows up in the app, and the other way around.
• Saved in both places: in GesFit (history and Crew points) and in Garmin Connect.

To connect: open GesFit on the watch and enter the 6-digit code in the GesFit app, under Profile › Garmin watch. Requires a GesFit student account (iPhone or Android). The app is in Portuguese.
