Name: Daily Verdict
Author: VitalFuel

Daily Verdict turns your Garmin recovery data into one clear call for the day: PUSH, STEADY or REST, with a readiness score beside it. A ring around the edge of the screen shows your score at a glance.

- Readiness score built from Body Battery, stress and recovery time, with a Score adjustment setting to line it up with your own Garmin number
- Steps and distance on foot in the middle row
- Choose what shows in the middle row and the bottom-right field: steps, distance, heart rate, battery days or %, calories, stress
- Digital time (default) or Analog mode with analog hands plus weather
- Press and hold hour to switch styles, or to open the matching Garmin app (battery, steps, weather, Body Battery)
- 4 color themes: Classic white, Ocean, Ember, Mono
- Adjustable PUSH and REST thresholds

Note: the readiness score is an estimate and will not match Garmin's own Training Readiness exactly.
