Works great with my iPhone Ozmo app and Garmin app syncs as well! Sadly my husband couldn't install on his android phone as it seems that they are still working on the android app. I'm loving how instant it is!

I installed these app from Ozmo app, as I had a ozmo bottle. It is cool to see water status on the garmin watch, and I can add on my watch. Btw, the app didn't show up on the watch after install , I have to turn it on from setting, widget on the watch.

This is an excellent widget… The ios app syncs perfectly to my F5, both with and without the corresponding water bottle, with very little lag time. I especially like the fact that I can add water quantity directly on the watch and have it sync back to the 3rd party application. Very nice self-contained ecosystem for hydration.
