Name: Hyrox Race Sim
Author: MichelleH

Race-simulation timer for HYROX-style fitness races: 8 × 1 km runs, workout stations and Roxzone transitions – one button to move on, every segment as its own lap.

One button: B = next segment, hold B = undo, A = pause menu. Touch never changes a segment.
Templates: full race sim (31 segments), two half sims, 8 × 1 km + Wall Balls, 1 km test – or build your own training: free order of runs and stations, distances, reps and sets.
Live: split time as the hero number, total, pace and heart rate; your personal best as a ghost bar for every segment.
Running pace: live pace with the optional GPS mode outdoors (GPS only during runs, so stations stay stations), otherwise your average pace of all finished runs.
Swap a station in the pause menu when a machine is busy – the clock keeps running and your best time still counts.
Add an exercise on the fly, even after the finish.
Summary: totals, runs, stations, heart rate per run/station/Roxzone (start → end), recovery after every station, biggest time sinks.
Silent alerts: Roxzone time limit and an optional heart-rate guard for the first runs (zone 4 from your Garmin profile).
Reference: station weights per division (2026/27 rulebook) and an at-a-glance help.
Garmin Connect gets one lap per segment plus segment and total fields.
Permissions: heart rate and user profile (heart-rate zones for the guard); position only if you switch on GPS pace.

Hyrox Race Sim

Eine Taste: B = nächstes Segment, B halten = Undo, A = Pause-Menü.
