Name: Sauna + Ice
Author: Aura

Track sauna sessions, ice baths and contrast therapy with phase timers, heart rate and safety alerts. One-time purchase; no subscription.

THREE MODES
- Sauna: sauna rounds with timed rests in between
- Ice Bath: cold exposures with rests in between
- Contrast: sauna, rest, ice, rest, as many rounds as you like

YOU DECIDE WHEN TO SWITCH. The watch suggests the next phase ("Next: Ice") and one press of BACK/LAP moves on. You can also jump freely to any phase from the menu.

COUNTDOWN OR COUNT-UP. Set a target time and watch it count down (with a 30-second warning and an alert at zero), or simply count up.

REST IS NOT PAUSE. Rests between rounds are timed and recorded. Pausing (for example for a shower) stops all timing and recording.

SAFETY FIRST. Configurable maximum times for sauna and ice. When one is exceeded you get a full-screen warning and repeated vibration until you acknowledge it.

DATA PAGES. Browse with UP/DOWN: phase timer, heart rate, total time, clock, stress and Body Battery with gauges, sensor temperature.

GARMIN CONNECT. Every workout is saved as an activity with one lap per phase, heart rate, and extra fields for time in sauna, time in ice, rest time and rounds.

ON-WATCH HISTORY. Your last 50 workouts with per-phase details.

MADE FOR WET HANDS. Everything works with buttons only, with an optional touch lock. Neon colours on a pure black background, optimised for AMOLED, MIP and monochrome displays.

Settings (durations, rounds, safety limits, vibration, tones, units) can be changed on the watch or in the Garmin Connect app. English and Finnish.

IMPORTANT: This app is not a medical device. Sauna and ice baths are not safe for everyone: consult a doctor if you are unsure. You are responsible for your own safety. Most Garmin watches are rated for operating temperatures of about 45-60 C (check your watch's manual), while a sauna is typically 70-100 C. The temperature shown comes from the watch's own sensor or a paired external sensor; it is not the air temperature.
