Name: Nervous System Nudge
Author: Siftware

Nervous System Nudge notices when your body is getting wound up before you do. When your heart rate stays up while you're sitting still, your watch gives one gentle buzz and asks "What's going on?". One press to answer, and your answers teach it what wound up looks like for you, not for an average person.

It needs the Nervous System Nudge iPhone app, which is in a closed test. An Android app is coming soon. Ask for a place at https://nudges.sh/how-it-works.

- Check in any time with START: Wound up, Fine, Not sure, Exercise, Excited
- After "Wound up", something small to try: water, 60 seconds of slow breathing, a step outside
- Quick log with DOWN: water, caffeine, meds taken, food, a shower and more
- A main screen with the time, steps, heart rate, HRV, Garmin stress and a one-word reading
- Checks in the background every few minutes with the app closed
- Quiet hours, a daily limit and a pause, set on the phone
