Name: Ice Bath & Cold Plunge Tracker
Author: TriHonor

Track your ice baths and cold plunges right on your watch.

ON THE WATCH
• Session timer with a target-time alert
• Live heart rate with high/low alerts (tone and vibration)
• Temperature from the watch's built-in thermometer, or from a paired Tempe sensor
• Estimated calories with a cold-exposure formula
• Location of your session (GPS turns off once the location is saved)
• Summary charts after each session: heart rate, temperature and calories

IN GARMIN CONNECT
• Temperature chart for the session
• Minimum / average temperature and ice bath calories in the activity summary

ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE
The watch measures its own temperature, which follows the water or air around it. It is not body or skin temperature and takes a few minutes to settle. Watches without a thermometer show N/A.

SAFETY
Cold exposure carries real risks. Start with short sessions, never go in alone, and get out if you feel unwell. This app is not a medical device. If you have a heart condition or other health concerns, consult your doctor first.
