Breath Training System turns your Garmin into a freediving and apnea coach, not just a timer.

Stop guessing your apnea training. Let your watch coach it.

TRAIN EVERY WAY
• CO2 and O2 tables with Easy, Standard and Hard curves, or a fully Custom table
• Static apnea with live personal-best tracking and safety cues
• 5 guided breathwork patterns: Recovery, Breathe-Up, Box 4-4-4-4, Wim Hof Power, Pranayama 4-7-8, plus your own rhythm
• 9 training plans of 10 sessions: Beginner, CO2 Tolerance, Apnea Progression, O2 Adaptation, Breathwork Mastery, Endurance, Static PB, Active Recovery and more

IT ADAPTS TO YOU
• Tables progress automatically as you improve and ease off after hard days
• Readiness Check (30 s calm breathing + one hold) tells you: train hard, go light, or rest today
• Session recommendations based on fatigue, confidence and readiness, never forced

IT READS YOUR BODY
• Live heart rate during every session, updated every second
• Detects your mammalian dive reflex (heart-rate drop) during holds
• Calm Index: how much your breathe-up really lowers your heart rate
• Body Battery, Stress, Resting HR and SpO2 trends

SEE YOURSELF IMPROVE
• 5 stats pages: totals and PB, progression, physiology, weekly volume, sensor trends
• CO2 tolerance, O2 adaptation and recovery scores (0-100) with trends
• PB prediction with confidence, plateau, decline and overtraining alerts
• Weekly charts, streaks and 7-day consistency

SAVED TO GARMIN CONNECT
• Choose the activity type for each mode: Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, Pilates, Flexibility, Cardio or Generic

• Turn recording off or skip very short sessions

MADE FOR THE WATCH
