Record soccer training on a compatible Garmin watch. Start, pause, resume, and save a native Garmin soccer activity while viewing elapsed time, distance, live heart rate, speed, and the time of day.

Full-session import into Soccer Fitness Tracker for iPhone is manual. To see the route, detailed heart rate, speed, and GPS-based analysis, export the original .fit file from Garmin Connect and import it into the iPhone app. The detail available depends on what your watch recorded.

After the activity syncs, open it at connect.garmin.com in a browser and choose Export Original. If Garmin downloads a ZIP, extract the .fit file. Then, in Soccer Fitness Tracker, go to History → More (…) → Import Activity File and select it.

Garmin Connect can send a basic workout summary to Apple Health, but that path does not include the GPS route or complete heart-rate timeline needed for detailed analysis.

In the iPhone app, review sessions with maps, heatmaps, speed zones, heart rate zones, sprint and high-intensity running metrics, fatigue signals, recovery context, and training load trends.

Requires Soccer Fitness Tracker for iPhone for native sync and analysis. If the iPhone companion app is not connected, the Garmin app still saves a Garmin activity on the watch.

Health and performance metrics are informational only and depend on your Garmin model, sensors, and permissions.
