Power Napp - A Simple Power Nap Timer app

Pick the nap that fits the time you have — Quick Recharge, NASA Nap, Deep Rest, Full Cycle or Coffee Nap — and start napping with a simple action. A set of vibrations will wake you up.

— Quick Recharge - 15 to 20 minutes of napping, this is by far the most common Nap and considered "the" Power Nap. Reset the system and provide a boost of alertness and increased motor performance.
— NASA Nap - 20 to 30 minutes, also called the stage 2 nap. Named after the NASA study that found a short nap measurably improved pilot alertness and performance. Good for alertness and motor learning skills like typing and playing the piano.
— Deep Rest - Slow-wave sleep, napping for approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Good for decision-making skills, such as memorising vocabulary or recalling directions. The app will point out that naps of this length can leave you groggy on waking.
— Full Cycle - Gets into Rapid eye movement or REM sleep, usually 60 to 90 minutes. Plays a key role in making new connections in the brain and solving creative problems.
— Coffee Nap - Drink your coffee right before a 20 minute nap. Caffeine takes about 20 minutes to reach you, so it peaks just as you wake — research suggests this beats either a nap or a coffee on its own. Fixed at 20 minutes; the app prompts you to drink up before the timer starts.

The nap screen stays calm on purpose: a progress ring and an approximate time remaining, so a glance reassures you that the timer is running instead of starting a countdown.
