A clean digital watch face with three rounded progress arcs, a large time display, and three configurable data fields.

Customize each upper arc: total daily calories, daily intensity minutes, steps, battery, Body Battery, or stress. Set your own calorie, intensity-minute, and step goals.

Customize each lower field: battery, steps, Body Battery, heart rate, stress, calories, or weather. Weather uses Garmin’s latest cached conditions and temperature in Celsius; unavailable data is shown as --.

AMOLED low-power mode displays three dim circular rings and the time. MIP devices retain the regular layout. Fonts and available data vary by device. Choose 24-hour or 12-hour time in the watch face settings. English and Korean dates are supported.

Calories are total daily calories, not active calories alone. Intensity minutes follow Garmin’s metric. Battery, Body Battery and stress use a scale of 100; higher stress is not a goal. Values refresh approximately once per minute and are not live sensor streams.

Configure the watch face using its settings in the Connect IQ app. No external account, API key, advertising, or developer data collection.

Stride Minimal
