Name: Alt Units Pace
Author: QBApplications

AltPace shows your current pace in the unit system opposite your watch setting, so you get both without digging into settings and changing your device preferences mid-activity.

If your watch is set to metric, AltPace shows min/mi. If your watch is set to statute, AltPace shows min/km.

**How to use**

- Install AltPace, then sync your watch with Garmin Connect.
- On your watch, start an activity such as Run, but do not begin recording yet.
- Hold the menu button and open the activity settings.
- Select Data Screens, choose the screen you want to change, then select Edit or Layout.
- Pick the field position you want and choose AltPace from the Connect IQ Fields list.
- Exit back to the activity and start your run. The field label shows which units are active.

**Features**

- Automatically shows the opposite pace units from your watch setting
- Field label updates to MIN/MI or MIN/KM so the units are always clear
- Updates live during your activity, including if you change your watch units mid-run
- Shows `--` when you are stopped or pace is unavailable
- Works with any activity that reports pace
- No configuration and no phone companion app required
