Now i have a daily 3 minute activity in strava. I don´t want to delete this "activity" every day in strava.

Works very well, delivered data seems accurate. Overview in connect gives a good overview over the taken measurements. Thanks :D

App seems to work well and produce the data, however, there is no connection to the results with Garmin Connect producing you an HRV reccomendation or score.

Somehow close to a Polar H10 band.

Hi. Great ideea. I want to process via Kubios HRV Standard but when i load the *.fit file exported from Garmin Connect i get a "RR data not found from the FIT file" message. How that can be fixed?

It's a great way to start each day. I like how it works and the different measurements I get. Good job. I do wish though that it would read as breath work on my activities on my watch and NOT as cardio... it messes with my weekly cardio stats this way.

What does a score of 260 HRV rmssd mean?? Can’t find it anywhere....

garmin 245 - waiting on sensor keep still. no amount of moving the watch up or down my wrist or tightening the strap works.

Was bringt mir die App, wenn keinerlei Hilfestellung geboten wird, wie man die Werte interpretiert.. Gibt Rohdaten - toll..... you should offer a tool to analyze the data! or at least recommend a tool! really annoying!

The app works very well and does what it is supposed to do. The main issue I have with this app, as well as the other Garmin HRV app called "HR + HRV", is that it records the HRV data as an "activity".  Why? What this does is record and sync a "activity" to Apple Health, Strava, Garmin Connect, and TrainingPeaks for my HRV data, which is misleading. I don't consider a 3 min HRV reading in bed an activity that needs to be uploaded to my Strava and TrainingPeaks calendar every single day.  I think this is a usage and development oversight. Rather than being saved as an activity the app should be saving the HRV data as Metrics, and then these metrics can be synced with other apps as data, vs a time based activity. This is the current usage model and standard for all of the other HRV apps out there (e.g., HRVElite, HRV4Training, Whoop, etc). The app should NOT be saving HRV data as an activity.

App keeps saying waiting sensor, keep still... on fenix 6, watch is tight. Other apps have no issue measuring hrv, might be a glitch?

I like the app. I'm only missing the possibility to compare at least the value of HRV RMSSD with previous results. 7 day window would be enough I guess.

Couldn’t seem to figure out how to make this work on Fenix 6S. Stuck at waiting sensor Keep still... help would be appreciated!

You need to tigthen the strap and make sure you don't move your wrist during measurement. If the app keeps showing the "Keep still" message for more than 10 seconds try to move the watch to a slightly up or down on your wrist. The app starts automatically as soon as the HRV sensor measurements are stable.

Love the app, really easy way to measure the HRV with your watch. Just wish there was a way to compare the results.

Hi. I started to use the app. The purpose is to check HRV value just after waking up. Any possibility to track value trends? Wanting to check my fit condition and adjust trainings if I see the metric works for me. As I see it's possible to check value by value, but standard export functionality available from connect IQ does not contain this information. Any idea how to create trends quickly?

Fenix 5x restarts at the end of the 3 minute test. Developer responded immediately after email correspondence to advise I contact Garmin. Have not done so yet. Just a heads up to F5x owners.

Did you follow the link on the description of the app: https://github.com/vtrifonov-esfiddle/TestHrv/tree/TestHrv-publish#measurements There it is explained what is measured and there is a link to the HRV wikipedia article. These are mostly time-domain methods. You don't know what time-domain methods are? Then I suggest you do your background reading on your own searching the measurement descriptions and acronyms.

Results from Vivoactive 3 and Test HRV (Vs. Elite HRV with Polar H10) : RMSSD = 26.86 ms (28.76 ms). SDRR = 47.98 ms (46.49ms). PNN50 = 5.61% (10%). As far as I understand SDNN is similar to SDRR so, very close each other devices, except PNN50. Excellent app.

Thanks for creating this app. It works on my vivoactive3 just fine. Can this be modified to run automatically daily and push the results to Training Peaks similar to the Whoop strap?
