Quickly log your weight and check it on a chart. Colors are configurable. It stores and displays up to 60 entries. If you record more than this, the oldest entry is automatically discarded when you enter a new value.

Remarks: 
• currently it is not possible to sync/update the weight on your Garmin Connect profile via Connect IQ apps. Use this widget as a "reminder" and change your weight on your profile later (using the Garmin Connect mobile app, Garmin Express or the Garmin Connect website). There are requests for Garmin to allow CIQ apps to update the weight. Hopefully they will implement it ;-)
• You can change the data source to Garmin Connect. However, you won't be able to add values manually in this case. The weight will be read periodically from your Garmin Connect profile. This option is ideal if you own a Garmin Index Scale or if you enter your weight regularly on Garmin Connect. It uses a background service which runs periodically. Remark that the widget can only detect new weight after the watch and the phone have been synced. 
• You can use the IFTTT integration to update the weight on Strava or other services! Learn more about the IFTTT integration below.
• if the app or the settings are updated, you may lose the settings and the stored values. This is a general issue with Connect IQ apps :-(

The post is related to a widget from another developer, but the principles are the same. You must have a IFTTT account, get a key for Webhooks and create an applet. To configure the key and the event name, open the settings of the Weight Tracker use the Garmin Connect app on your phone or Garmin Express on your computer. The values are fixed:
- value1: Weight
- value2: Date formatted as "mmm dd, yyyy at HH:MM AM/PM"  (e.g. May 20, 2018 at 01:03 PM). Useful for registering the weight on a calendar like Google Calendar
- value3: Unix time of the input. Useful to sort the data if you are adding it to a Google Spreadsheet, for example. More about UNIX time: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time)

Be aware: changing the settings may erase the stored values on CIQ 1 devices (Fenix 3HR, Forerunner 235, Vivoactive 1, etc...) :-/
