Name: Stress Graph for Yoga Activitity
Author: AccessTech

Stress Graph displays a color-coded history of your stress level as a bar graph.

This data field is meant to be used with compatible activities that provide stress data (best used for yoga, meditation, breathwork, rest, or pacing). It shows a bar graph of approximately the last 30 minutes of stress scores (shorter on devices with smaller screens), sampled every 5 seconds, and color coded by category (blue 0-25, green 26-50, yellow 51-75, orange 76-100). It also displays the lowest, average, and highest stress scores over the last 30 minute period. It was designed to work best as the middle field in a 3-field layout. The stress scores are calculated by the Garmin device on a 0 to 100 scale.

Features:
- 30-minute rolling stress history
- Color-coded bar graph of stress levels
- Low, average, and high values
- Reference lines at 25, 50, and 75
- Updates automatically during your activity
- Missing stress values appear as gaps
- Designed for viewing quickly at a glance

To use: this is a data field not an app. It can only be used as part of a display during a yoga or other compatible activity. Go to Activities - Yoga or other compatible activity - Settings - Data Screens - click on one of the screens - Edit Data Fields - click on one of the fields - Connect IQ Fields - select the Stress Graph field. It is recommended to use this field in the middle of a vertically stacked 3 field layout.
