It's core focus is pull-ups, but additionally there's a number of other core exercise icons with customizable names and fully customizable daily, weekly and monthly targets. This watch companion app allows you to log reps down the gym without the need to have your phone present. When the watch next syncs with your phone the reps are uploaded to the main app.

Activate Garmin watch sync within the General Settings of the Android / iOS app. Watch sync is a PREMIUM app feature, with a free trial period.

Use "UP" button to change activity type or swipe left/right on screen.
