Name: Pace Lab - Marathon & 5K Running Watch Face
Rating: 5 (1 reviews)
Author: GelexAi

Pace Lab is a Garmin running watch face that answers one question at a glance: am I on track for race day? Set your 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon goal and race date, and Pace Lab shows your goal next to your watch's own race prediction, with recovery, VO2 max, training status and weekly distance around it. For runners training for a race on Forerunner, fenix, epix, Venu and vivoactive.

WHY RUNNERS CHOOSE PACE LAB
• Goal vs prediction - "HALF GOAL 1:45:00 · PRED 1:48:12" from Garmin's race predictor: see if your training is working without opening an app
• Gap to goal - "3:12 TO FIND" or "0:42 AHEAD": a clear target for the weeks ahead
• Race countdown - days to go and your race's name keep long runs and taper on schedule
• Weekly distance ring - fills towards your km or mile goal: know at a glance if you need one more run this week
• 7-day run chart - spot missed days and sudden jumps before they become injuries
• Recovery ring - counts down after each run: know if today is a hard day or an easy one

WHAT THE COLOURS MEAN
The ring and minutes take the colour of your Garmin training status, so you know how training is going before you read a number: green = productive · blue = maintaining · purple = peaking · amber = unproductive · orange = overreaching · red = strained · cyan = recovery · grey = detraining (time to run again) · volt yellow-green = no status yet (it comes after a few runs with heart rate).
An empty grey ring means no running distance yet this week. The recovery ring is a traffic light: amber while you recover, green when you're ready. Prefer one colour? Pick volt, orange, cyan, red or white in settings.

TWO LAYOUTS
• Race - goal ring, goal vs prediction, three data fields, 7-day chart: your build weeks on one screen
• Recovery - big recovery ring, training status, last run and streak: for the day after a hard session

27 DATA FIELDS - SHOW WHAT YOU CHECK
• Running: recovery time, VO2 max, race prediction, distance this week or month, last run, streak, intensity minutes
• Health: heart rate, resting heart rate, Body Battery, stress, sleep score, Pulse Ox, respiration
• Daily: steps, calories, floors, battery, notifications
• Outdoors: temperature, rain chance, wind, UV index, sunrise and sunset, altitude, second time zone

MAKE IT YOURS
• Km or miles, 12/24 hour, seconds, three date formats
• White background on MIP watches (Forerunner 255/955, fenix 7, Enduro) for bright sun
• Night mode dims the face while you sleep; AMOLED always-on shifts slightly to protect the screen
• Touch and hold a number to open Garmin's screen for it (touchscreen watches)

COMPATIBLE WATCHES
Garmin Forerunner 70, 165, 170, 255, 265, 570, 955, 965 and 970; fenix 7, 8, 9 and E (incl. Pro, Solar, S and X); epix and epix Pro (Gen 2); Venu 2, 3 and 4; vivoactive 5 and 6; Instinct 3 AMOLED and Instinct Crossover AMOLED; MARQ (Gen 2); Enduro 2 and 3; tactix 7 and 8. Check the device list for your model.

1. Choose Pace Lab as your watch face.
2. In the Connect IQ app, open Pace Lab → Settings.
3. Enter race distance, goal time (e.g. 1:45 or 3:30:00), date and name. Garmin doesn't share its race calendar with watch faces, so you enter it here once.
4. Pick layout, colour and data fields.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Predictions, recovery, VO2 max and training status come from your watch after a few runs with heart rate; anything a watch lacks shows "--".
• Last run, streak, chart and weekly distance use the runs saved on your watch.
• Privacy: nothing is collected or sent - Pace Lab only reads your watch's data to show it.

Pace Lab - Marathon & 5K Running Watch Face

WAS DIE FARBEN BEDEUTEN

• Día a día: pasos, calorías, pisos, batería, notificaciones

A TU MANERA

PERCHÉ I RUNNER SCELGONO PACE LAB

COSA SIGNIFICANO I COLORI

• Quotidiano: passi, calorie, piani, batteria, notifiche
• All'aperto: temperatura, probabilità di pioggia, vento, indice UV, alba e tramonto, altitudine, secondo fuso orario

A MODO TUO

OROLOGI COMPATIBILI
Garmin Forerunner 70, 165, 170, 255, 265, 570, 955, 965 e 970; fenix 7, 8, 9 ed E (incl. Pro, Solar, S e X); epix ed epix Pro (Gen 2); Venu 2, 3 e 4; vivoactive 5 e 6; Instinct 3 AMOLED e Instinct Crossover AMOLED; MARQ (Gen 2); Enduro 2 e 3; tactix 7 e 8. Controlla l'elenco dei dispositivi.

1. Scegli Pace Lab come quadrante.
2. Nell'app Connect IQ apri Pace Lab → Impostazioni.
3. Inserisci distanza, tempo obiettivo (es. 1:45 o 3:30:00), data e nome.
4. Scegli layout, colore e campi.

BUONO A SAPERSI
• Privacy: nulla viene raccolto o inviato.

ASSISTENZA

Pace Lab - Quadrante running maratona e 5K

Kies fluorgeel, oranje, cyaan, rood of wit.

TWEE INDELINGEN

• Gezondheid: hartslag, rusthartslag, Body Battery, stress, slaapscore, Pulse Ox, ademhaling

HELEMAAL JOUW STIJL
• Km of mijlen, 12/24 uur, seconden, drie datumnotaties

GESCHIKTE HORLOGES
Garmin Forerunner 70, 165, 170, 255, 265, 570, 955, 965 en 970; fenix 7, 8, 9 en E (incl. Pro, Solar, S en X); epix en epix Pro (Gen 2); Venu 2, 3 en 4; vivoactive 5 en 6; Instinct 3 AMOLED en Instinct Crossover AMOLED; MARQ (Gen 2); Enduro 2 en 3; tactix 7 en 8. Bekijk de apparatenlijst.

JE WEDSTRIJD IN ÉÉN MINUUT
1. Kies Pace Lab als wijzerplaat.
2. Open in de Connect IQ-app Pace Lab → Instellingen.
3. Vul afstand, doeltijd (bijv.
