Doesn't seem to load on a Fenix 5 Plus running software 12.00. IQ is displayed, below is the relevant log output. Yeah not perfect unfortunately. I apparently live to far from the sea... I'm not happy with de GFS wind prediction, I found that ECMWF is more accurate for the Netherlands. Even with the wave predictions (not wavewatch3). It has allot of potential, but not useful at this moment unfortunately (last updated in 2019).

I cannot speak for the quality of the app when on an ocean (which it appears targeted at after consulting with support). But it isn't functional on larger bays such as the chesapeake despite the fact there is a logger network with connected buoys up and down the bay. I can only imagine other large bodies of water are missing as well given the numerous feedback suggesting the user is too far from the sea.

Layout looked great and easy to read... unfortunately it doesn’t connect with my Fenix 6X Pro... I get the « IQ! » symbol as an error message. I tried to reinstall it 3 times but with no luck... :-(

Data sounds reasonable and interesting, but is quite inaccurate. It shows that the sea temperature is 28C now, while it's probably around 16C.

Usually does not work as others have described. Please add the possibility to add specific locations, no GPS location needed.

Used to work well, but latest update says I’m too far from the seaside... 300m away and connected to app, with connect open on phone, per instructions. Evidently, a number of others have had the same issue, and news on an update/fix?

I’m on the beach right now. Says I’m too fat from the water. Few weeks ago it had no problem with tides but now always says I’m too far. Rubbish implementation

I live in tofino BC it works at home. Now on a surf trip down in mexico and i am on the beach and it says to far from sea side.....? Does it work in mexico and lower parts??

I never got this to work. I live 1 mile from the beach and it says "You are too far away from the seaside". Sounds like others have the same issue.
