Nice app, thank you. Quick tip though, it's 'inhalation', not 'inspiration' (unless that's a deliberate 'trendy' mistake).

This is a great app! I suffer from Chronic Migraine Disease for 29 months now. I do yoga breathing exercises when the anxiety from the pain gets bad. This program is a great way to keep track to help bring down your heart rate, it is a great tool for help with concentrating and is good for focusing. Keep up the great work.
