There is no possibility to configure a "rest" period (kinhin) between meditation sessions. Starting a session using lap button would help.

Thank you for the feedback! The application tracks one session at a time. Why would you need to pause and continue a session? For your scenario it seems the most appropriate is to do a session with the meditate app, rest and restart the app for a new session. If you want to discuss your feature request further use the "Contact Developer" link or the support thread.

Works great on my Foreruner 935. Some suggestions: Activity type (yoga or meditation) should be at session level, not global. So you can configure inividual session type. Would be great if you can send the HRV data to the garmin connect statistics (stress HRV )

In Fenix 5x, if a session time is set to 0 then the app crashes.
