Added setting in the phone to set the host domain, as lots of people seem to use heroku now. There is a drop down to choose Azure or Heroku in the widget settings on the phone. Note that if you have set the domain as Heroku it might break and you will have to change the settings on your phone and reopen the widget. Hope it works...

Released for Fenix 5 and some other new devices. I hope it works for them, please feed back as needed.

Hi David, the apps for blood sugar are community developed and rely on an open source project called nightscout. If you have not set up nightscout, you should first look at nightscout community, but please note that it is done entirely at the users risk. See the link in this widget's description. If you have nightscout set up, you need to find the right garmin app for your needs and there are a few options with different pros and cons. Search for andreas-may, horsetooth or phimby on the Garmin app store. These apps are normally only for blood sugar. Sleep etc is already monitored by some Garmin watches. For instructions on how to install and app google "how to install an app on fenix 5", there are some useful videos. If you want specific help with this widget, click on the Contact Developer link. The way you phrased he question sounds like you might be new to nightscout, a lot of people find it useful, but it is un-regulated and therefore at your own risk. The apps and widgets have been shared with people through goodwill rather than as a service.

Hi Günther, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you are having trouble setting it up. If you need help setting it up, please click on "contact developer" and I will be able to email you to help. If you don't want to do this, try the following - in the Garmin connect app on your phone, you need to find the widget's settings, set the Sitename (e.g GZnightscout) and choose the Host Domain (Heroku or Azure) from the dropdown; save the settings, make sure your watch is connected by bluetooth and the settings should synchronise.

Great widget! Wondering if I can customize this and somehow incorporate the data into the default watch face. Either way, I love it!

Awesome widget! Just wish it could be a data field so it could be included in workouts too but apparently Garmin doesn't give data fields internet connectivity. Hopefully that changes!

Immensely grateful. Finally received my G5 and am exploring Nightscout. Thankful to know there's already support for my 235. Hopeful you'll consider developing data fields for the Edge 520 and my long rides.
