PaceGhost shows whether you are ahead of or behind your target pace, at any distance and any speed.

Set a goal distance and a goal time — for example 5 km in 45 minutes, or 100 km in 24 hours — and the field shows how many minutes you are ahead or behind, along with your projected finish time and the time remaining.

It works all the way down to walking pace, whether you are building up with short walks or out on an all-day hike.

• Ahead or behind shown as +/- minutes, in green or red

• Before you get going, the pace your goal requires is shown, so you know what to hold

• Two freely configurable values at the bottom: estimated total time, time remaining, finish clock time, current pace, goal pace, distance covered or distance remaining

• No fixed limits — a 2 km walk works as well as a 100 km ultra

• Choose between elapsed time and activity timer

• Optional reset on each lap
