Only has 20% of the more popular shows. I can’t make that work for runs. Functionally it lacks ease of use. I can get into the app and get into my playlist. Heaven forbid I finish the podcast before my run. There is no way to exit the app. Possibly a garmin problem but still annoying

I like the actual app and the fact that I can download my podcasts to listen to while I run but I'm giving it 1star because of the battery drain on my new Vivoactive 4. I had zero other installs except this one and I noticed my battery drain 60% in 7 hours after I had downloaded some podcast episodes. For clarity, before I synced those episodes and only had the Playrun app idle on the watch, things were normal, but after I synced 3 episodes (the sync process also used up 60% battery) and charged the watch fully, I noticed ridiculous battery drain while not even using the app. I confirmed it by uninstalling the app and watching the battery use. I am still at 100% 2 hours later. I only reinstalled the app to leave this review in hopes that they fix the issue soon.

I'm trying to follow your instructions, installed the app on the watch Epig gen 2. But how do I open the app on the watch, in connect IQ app it says its installed, but I don't see the app anywhere on the watch, perhaps I'm not looking the right place but I don't find the watch very intuitive regarding installed apps. I have a working Tesla app installed its showing up when scrolling the screen, but you app is not?

30 second scrub doesn't work, and why can't I change the duration of the buttons to 10 seconds? When I click either of them, it skips to another episode. So annoying, it's the most simple thing.

Takes forever to sync. Battery drains too much in sync. Difficult to skip. Listening to podcast on different platform and want to continue but can only skip 10 seconds.

I'm a Garmin watch beginner and this app is very good. Love the ability to add podcasts that aren't on there originally. This is the best podcast app and the creator deserves their flowers.

Ganz hervorragend! Kein umständliches Herunterladen der Podcasts mehr nötig. Man wählt einfach die Episoden die man auf der Uhr haben will auf playrun.com aus und synchronisiert sie mit der Uhr.
