coobi skills is the Garmin watch face that goes with the coobi care app. A calm, private
companion for getting through a craving.

It sits on your wrist as your everyday watch face and is always one touch away when a craving hits.

WHAT YOU GET
• 20-minute timer — touch and hold the face to start. A ring drains around the edge while a short,
doable skill appears in the centre; hold for the next one. Cravings usually peak and pass within
about 20 minutes, so the ring gives you something to focus on until the wave passes.
• Breathing exercise — a guided box-breathing animation (4s inhale,4s hold,4s exhale,4s hold) with a circle
that grows and shrinks to pace you.
• The matching watch face to the coobi care app.

Hold the X at the bottom to finish any time and return to your watch face.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-in, no internet, no data collected. Everything is built into the app and shown
only on your device.

Available in English and German, following your watch’s language.

DAS BEKOMMST DU
• 20-Minuten-Timer – halte das Zifferblatt gedrückt, um zu starten. Ein Ring läuft am Rand ab,
während in der Mitte ein kurzer, machbarer Skill erscheint; halten für den nächsten. Suchtdruck
hält nicht länger als 20 Minuten an.
• Atemübung – eine geführte Box-Atmung (4s einatmen,4s halten,4s ausatmen,4s halten) mit einem Kreis, der größer und kleiner wird und dich durch den Atem führt.
• Das passende Zifferblatt zur coobi care-App.
