This is a combo data field. I combined two of my data fields into a single one, so I could use a full-width field. This will alternate the two views every 4 seconds. It displays the AUTOPACER view to keep you on track to achieve your goal distance in your time limit. That one is really helpful to me. And also, IF you have both a power meter and a HR sensor, after you've maintained a sustained effort with no stops for at least 3 minutes, then every 4 seconds, it'll switch to a view that shows you your HR Zone -vs- your POWER Zone. This is a nice view to let you know if your body's stress (HR) is in a good place relative to your power output. This helps you know if there is something wrong like you are getting dehydrated, the heat is getting to you, your cadence is too high, etc. By going to a single data field in a full width format, the display and fonts are larger and easier to see.
