The values are RED if a chunk is "hot" or significantly higher than the 3 min average. Or BLUE if the chunk is "cold" or significantly lower than average. If your goal is steady power output, these should all be GREEN. The top row helps you understand your power levels, by showing both your current 30 sec avg, as well as your 3 min avg [in brackets].</p>
