2. Create a VDOT O2 calendar account at https://vdoto2.com/
3. Determine your VDOT score (measure of your current fitness)
4. Choose one coaching option (or add your own workouts)
5. Get workouts/paces auto-synced to your watch each day (no need to reference your calendar)
